Mnics views itself as the one turning for its customers the tedious process of product realization into a simple and easy one, to allow them to concentrate their efforts and other resourceson developing better products and services for their own customers.
The company is committed to realizing its customers’ various projects according to their requirements and with the utmost attention and flexibility for their requirements, needs and expectations (and all relevant requirements that the company is obligated to satisfy, as stated in our Quality Manual document of which this policy is an integral part) to their full satisfaction, and in mind of constant improvement and expansion of the services offered.
To achieve this, Mnics has committed to develop, document, implement and maintain a Quality Management system, as a tool which would ensure quality control and verification of satisfying requirements, as specified by the ISO 9001:2015 standard. It was implemented into the company’s processes, and is reflected in our Quality Manual and procedures, specified in the Quality Manual.
Mnics’ CEO and managers have committed to and taken the responsibility for implementation, control and the effectiveness of the Quality Management system.
The management is committed to allocate all resources necessary for constant improvement, and to make changes in the Quality Management system as required for it to remain relevant, up to date, achieving the expected results, and satisfying the company’s strategic goals and requirements.
The management will communicate and clarify the Quality Policy to its employees, in order to promote it to the top of their priorities, encouraging engagement and full cooperation; and is committed to continue working in a process-oriented mindset with a mind to risk-management.
The management considers our employees as its greatest assets, and realizes its leadership by various means and resources, including training, empowerment and personal example. The management expects that our employees take responsibility for the quality of their work with professionalism, excellence, and integrity.
The management will communicate this Quality Policy to all interested parties, via its website.
This Quality Policy shall be reviewed and updated as needed at the annual Management Reviews, where the specific quality goals and targets shall also be set.
